Mountain of shaved milk ice with red bean, fruit or matcha, shared with spoons.
Light, milky and snow-like — it melts almost instantly, with sweetness coming from the toppings.
Usually one large bowl is shared by two or more people, each digging in with their own spoon.
Finely shaved milk ice topped with sweet red bean, fruit, matcha, injeolmi rice-cake powder or condensed milk.
Portions are big; one bowl is plenty for two after a meal. Most popular in summer, but cafés serve it year-round.
